John Theodorellis, Senior Counsel

John Theodorellis is Senior Counsel to the Law Offices of Arnold N. Kriss.

John is an accomplished litigation attorney with extensive litigation and trial experience representing clients in diverse areas of law including civil, criminal, commercial, matrimonial, real estate and administrative matters, including: felony and misdemeanor criminal cases and investigations; real estate and landlord/tenant matters; personal injury, medical malpractice, and products liability; civil, commercial and corporate litigation; matrimonial matters, administrative
discipline and regulatory matters; sexual harassment claims; employment and housing discrimination claims.

He has appeared on behalf of clients in the United States District Courts, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York; NYS Supreme Court; City of New York Family Court, Civil Court and New York State Court of Claims. John has also successfully argued appeals before the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First and Second Departments.

John Theodorellis is a former Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. He is graduate of Quinnipiac College, Juris Doctor, and received a Bachelor of Arts at the State University of New York at Stony Brook.
